These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of pharmacy services and sale of goods by Refine Pharma Ltd, trading as Petal & Bud (“we”, “us”, “our”), to you (“you”, “your”). By using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. General

We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council, and our services are provided by qualified pharmacists and registered pharmacy staff.

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that any prescribed medication or product supplied is for your personal use only.

2. Prescription Medication and Legal Compliance

Medicinal cannabis and other prescription products are controlled drugs and can only be dispensed on receipt of a valid private prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Prescriptions must be paid for in full before dispensing.

Prescription items are exempt from ‘cooling-off’ or return rights once dispensed. Once an order has been paid for and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the event of a confirmed dispensing error or product defect.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prescriptions are verified before dispensing. We may conduct identity verification checks to meet regulatory obligations. Orders are accepted only once payment is received in full and a valid prescription is in our possession.

Payments are accepted via debit or credit card through our secure payment portal. Receipts are issued electronically once payment is processed.

We may reject or cancel an order if the prescription is invalid, expired, incomplete, or if stock is unavailable.

4. Delivery

Medication is dispatched using tracked courier delivery to the address confirmed at the time of ordering. A signature or PIN may be required upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability or supplier delays. We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, redelivery may incur a charge (minimum £20). Once medication has left our premises, it cannot be returned or reused.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to UK pharmacy regulations, dispensed medication and prescription products cannot be returned or refunded unless there has been a dispensing error or product defect. If you believe an error has occurred, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and do not take or use the product.

If an error is confirmed, replacement medication or a refund may be provided. Returned items will be collected for safe disposal in line with GPhC regulations.

6. Product Suitability and Use

Medical cannabis and other prescribed medicines may not be suitable for everyone. Always inform your prescriber of your full medical history and any other medications you are taking. Follow all usage, dosage, and storage instructions provided. We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow medical advice.

7. Complaints

We aim to provide a high-quality pharmacy service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Complaint’. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and investigated fully. If unresolved, your complaint may be escalated for final review.

8. Personal Information and Privacy

All personal information is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for providing pharmacy services or where legally required.

All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and may be shared with regulatory authorities as required. Patients are not permitted to record calls without prior consent.

9. Liability

We warrant that all products will conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality at the time of dispatch. Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the cost of defective products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
